So, the whole point of this blog is to chart my progress from being what I can only describe as an utterly unfit twenty-something, into somebody with a decent fitness level. To do this, I have decided to take up the age-old tradition of running from one place to another without any purpose.
I haven’t bothered popping any keywords into Google, but my impression at the start of writing this blog is that there doesn’t seem to be any information online about going from literally zero, and taking up running. Hopefully, I’m covering something new and interesting as I describe my lengthy ascent to average stamina.
